What is the workshop about?

Join us for a fun, energising Saturday afternoon workshop! Come and learn a set of simple, gentle energy exercises to help you feel better and cope with the stresses of everyday life. You will discover easy ways to:

  • Boost your energy
  • Reduce your stress levels
  • Feel calmer
  • Think more clearly
  • Lift your mood

What is Donna Eden’s Daily Energy Routine?

The Daily Energy Routine (DER) is a set of energy exercises developed by Donna Eden, a pioneer of energy medicine, based on her many years of experience of working with the body’s energies. Together, these exercises are designed to balance all the body’s energy systems, enabling you to feel both energised and more relaxed at the same time! Once you know all the exercises, the whole routine will take you less than 10 minutes to do.

The workshop will be run by Helen Critchley, Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner.
